Star Advertising provided a Searchlight for a Flying
Saucer Movie promotion. This was done on April 1st in Burien , WA .
The film was a April Fool’s Day ‘UFO
Crash’ They had a fake flying saucer
drive up the street as the Searchlight
was going and the Fire Department came to the rescue. A flash Mob danced in the street.
The Maury Island Incident will be a film based on the true
story of a man’s UFO sighting claim near Maury Island, WA. On June 21, 1947 the
start of the ‘Summer of the Saucers’.
This often-overlooked historic incident happened just two
days before Ken Arnold’s Mount Rainier sighting, which spawned the phrase
‘flying saucers’ and 16 days before the infamous Roswell crash.
Shooting Begins June, 2013, to be shot in Burien, Des Moines , Tacoma and Maury Island ,
the film is being produced by an all-local team.
